    hmm.. tired and serious muscle ache.. haiz.. dunno can go tml for training anot.. cos now even walking also got problem le.. haiz.. hope can recover by tml for training.. dun wanna miss ani training.. hmm.. watched Jay chou on channel at 10am today.. it was quite nice.. Jay veri shuai.. hehe.. he still as cool and shuai as ever.. unbeatable man.. hope he will get mani awards this year.. haha.. = )..
